WHO AND WHERE ARE WE LOCATED ?

We are an online based pet store that collects unique and high quality products for our customer. We are based in Kuala Lumpur and we are only available for Malaysia.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept Credit or Debit Card, Paypal and Online transfer payment.

Kindly provide us a receipt after you made your payment through online transfer. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

a. Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the delivered date. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.

b. Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense

c. We only allow return/exchange of damage or defect item. 

​

Note: All return/exchange items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed with all the originals labels. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKES FOR THE PARCEL TO BE SHIPPED OUT AFTER PAYMENT IS MADE? 

We will dispatch Ready Stock within 1-3 working days after customer complete their purchase. Besides, for PRE-ORDER items it will takes 7-14 working days waiting period. We will deliver PRE-ORDER item only when the order are ready. 

 

For all the products been shipped it will estimated takes 1-3 working days to reach. Please be aware that it will takes longer time for public holiday and holiday season.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER STATUS?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order via DHL or Ninja Van (Domestic order). Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update. 

 

For overseas orders, we will send you the tracking number once your item has shipped.​​

WHAT COURIER SERVICE DOES WE USE TO DELIVER? 

We use DHL and Ninja Van for all local deliveries.

East Malaysia Standard Shipping: RM20

Overseas: 

Shipping fee will be charged based on your order's weight.
